hi, I'm ra and I've just signed up for the tubey knit-along. Started my Tubey at new year using 4.5mm circular (no DPNs, using magic loop technique) and Sirdar Salsa DK. This is a blend of merino & acrylic, and I'm hoping the Merino will counteract the tendency of acrylic to strech out of shape.
I've finished the shrug part and the sleeves but have had to frog the body as it was a bit loose so looking forward to starting it again in a smaller size (all those stitches to pick up again!). Will post pictures when I have some worth posting. Meantime you can catch my blog Knit-Tigger should you feel so inclined.
